- Shipment information, including origin, destination, load reference, pickup date, service or equipment needs, commodity, weight, pallet count, shipment frequency, and instructions.
- Messages and other information you choose to provide when requesting a quote, availability, shipment updates, carrier documents, or a driver application.
- Mobile numbers, text-message contents, and records of texting permission and opt-out requests.
- Website-use information processed by Wix Analytics to produce visitor and session statistics.
Our driver application request form collects initial contact details. It is not a full employment application. Please do not put Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical information, or other sensitive information in general inquiry fields.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, discuss freight availability and requirements, coordinate services, provide shipment updates or carrier documents, and follow up on driver application requests.
We share information with service providers as needed to carry out these activities. These include Wix for website hosting, forms, and traffic analytics; Google/Gmail for email and form notifications; and Zoom Phone for business calls and text messaging. Authorized staff access information as needed for their work. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We do not sell information submitted through our forms or communications. We do not provide mobile information or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help deliver our services may process information for that purpose.

We limit access to staff who need information for their work and use separate accounts with two-step verification. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
